I have lived here at Kings Hill Apartments for over nine years. This is a great place to live. The scenery at sundown is unbelievable to watch and the Franklin mountains are neat. It is pet friendly and the residents walk their dogs in the evening. There are some pretty neat dogs and they are fun to watch in the pet park. It is a quiet place and the tenants are nice and considerate to the other neighbors. The laundry rooms have new equipment and are always clean. The pools are well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. There is a party room and a workout room that are great with new and well maintained equipment. Like I said, this is a great place to live.

I lived here for two years, and this apartment community is absolutely amazing. It is affordable, clean, and safe. Most of the utilities are also included which is a huge bonus. The two pools always worked in the summer and the three laundry rooms are updated and located in convenient locations around the property. The best thing about this property is the owner, management, and maintenance team. The staff truly cares about the residents and are always so friendly as well. I loved living here and would definitely recommend!

I loved living here. The views are amazing. The laundry facilities, dog park and pool areas were always very well maintained. The staff was wonderful and always very helpful with anything we needed. It is also very well priced for the quality. If we were to ever move back to El Paso, we would go back to Kings Hill in a heartbeat.
