Kings Hill Apartments are without a doubt the coolest and most peaceful apartments I have ever rented at. I have lived in my loft with a spectacular mountain view of downtown for two years now. To give you some perspective, on the adjacent hill are million dollar homes with the same view, making Kings Hill Apartments one of a kind, especially with the affordable price of rent. Not to mention the excellent Management team who have always been extremely kind and helpful in any request I have had. Ask for Karla, she rocks! Maintenance is extremely hardworking and friendly as well. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for peace, privacy and a beautiful view.

I love the views! My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years and intend on staying! New management is doing the best they can to bring love to each unit!! Highly recommend!!

The views from here are absolutely amazing!! We moved here because my parents lived here years ago after first being married and always talked about how incredible it was so my husband and I did the same. I wish these were available for purchase and not just rent.

Recently took a tour of these apartments, and was very please overall with my experience. Was shown the two bedroom apartment, that I was told was remodeled and it look great! Office staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially during current circumstances. I look forward to moving in soon!
