Staff and maintenance were extremely competent and well-disciplined. They were always ready to help and always did their best to assist the community. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are spacious, clean, and beautiful. Mary and Gio are shining stars here and they are professional and always ready to help. The best complex in town - and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

Maintenance is extremely incompetent. They don't fix things completely. They either make an excuse as to why its ok or do some halfass job. My review will not change until the maintenance service actually fixes their mistakes on what they claim to have fixed. They ruin more than they fix! Edit: They “fixed” it but not very well. In the end they painted over their mistake. I’ve come to accept this level of work. I’m more complacent, even if you complain the job is done the same way in the end. After living here a while while the maintenance is not extremely well done the maintenance men do have a good attitude and are very friendly people.

I have lived here for almost a year now and I absolutely love this place!! It's so clean,quiet, the views are so awesome and I love the management !! Such a great place to live!! Best place I've ever lived!! ❤️❤️❤️💪🏽💪🏽

Lived here for about a year and I miss it. There's tons of space in the apartments. Super safe & quiet neighborhood. It's an older place but well maintained. My electric bill wasn't insane, the highest I paid in the summer was like 80?? If we didn't move to a house we would've stayed here. I've head horror stories about the way people are treated at other apartments in the area so I'm so glad we chose this place!

Been living here for 7 months now. Awesome views, very reasonable pricing for the size. Management is very fair and the office and maintenance staff are top notch. Utilities generally run low as they are allocated and pet policy is very reasonable.
